When selecting the ready to ship in-stock size we will ship the ring in its present size. You will have your new ring in a few days, boxed and ready for presentation. After receiving your ring, if you find it needs sizing adjustment, visit one of our local sales galleries and a jewelry specialists will assist you in the sizing process. For remote inquiries, contact client support and we will mail you a special set of ring sizers and a prepaid return label to send the ring back to us for final sizing.

Landing Company jewelry has been designed & crafted to the highest quality standards. Use the guidelines below to properly care for your new jewelry, preserving its beauty & shine.
◊ Never wear your jewelry in abrasive or high chemical environments. Avoid wearing your LC jewelry during impact or manual tasks (gardening, housework, exercise, etc).
◊ When styling for the day, put your jewelry on last, after creams, make-up, or fragrances.
◊ Remove jewelry before showering, or using chlorinated pools or hot tubs. If in contact with salt water, rinse immediately after.
◊ Gemstone jewelry requires particular care. Exposure to water and chemical products should be avoided. To remove oils and dirt carefully wipe the metal surfaces around the natural adornments of your piece with a soft cloth. Never use cleaning solutions, dips, or ultrasonic baths.
◊ Always store your Landing Company jewelry in the original box; away from other jewelry pieces to avoid damage during storage.
