We are actively placing a limited number of Full-Time & Part Time Jewelry Sales Associates to join the team at our John’s Pass Gallery and sell some jewelry! Our unique collection of products, top destination Gallery locations, and fun buying atmosphere make our Galleries a must-stop for locals and tourists alike who visit the areas we operate in. As a Jewelry Sales Associate at Landing Company you will be responsible for assisting our customers with their selection and purchase of jewelry. You work to meet Gallery Sales Team objectives and maximize sales through listening, learning the products, and using effective sales techniques. You ensure all clients have a wonderful time during their visit to the Gallery by creating exceptional client experiences that encourage a lifetime of future visits and purchases. Friendly, service-oriented, & knowledgeable are important traits to have. Jewelry is a PEOPLE business so you absolutely must love people to succeed in the role.


Deliver our customers the highest level of customer service, emphasizing courteous and knowledgeable assistance to each and every client and ensure they love our stores and our jewelry as much as we do.
Watches, listens, interacts and follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to resolve any issues.
Models customer service for associates and promote sales whenever interacting with associates and customers.

Accountable for increasing sales and achieving Gallery Sales Goals
Reviews sales goals and targets and make sure is aware of daily and monthly goals

Maintain an attractive and visually pleasing store appearance in both cleanliness and product display
Be knowledgeable of merchandise on the floor as well as in the backroom
Understands and facilitates the execution of company visual merchandising standards to maximize the opportunity for jewelry sales
Helpful Information to Applicants

Most members of the Gallery Sales Team had never sold jewelry before joining us
Almost all members had a front-end client sales or customer service role that helped them land an interview

The sales team enjoys a business casual dress code, where we can present a relaxed but professional image to our customers

Our sales team members are paid a competitive salary along with opportunities for individual and team sales bonus programs.Pay frequency is every other week

Scheduled work hours are based around the operations of the Galleries which operate 7-days a week. Check store hours to get a gauge of the hours. You won’t be working super early or super late
We hire hard workers, so high-season periods are all-hands on deck so expect to be on-shift during these times of the year
Career hires work (32-40 assigned hours), and Part-time hires work (20-24 assigned hours)
Career folks typically work 5-days a week. Part-timers 3-days a week

Equivalent retail sales or front-end customer service experience preferred
Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business
Good organizational skills and time management
Reliable transportation to and from work
Valid work eligibility
